One of PDN’s main objectives is to establish and foster mentoring relationships between pastors in the West and in Africa. In this program, trained pastors in the West are connected to a pastor in Africa. Both pastors commit to follow PDN’s one year syllabus, after which the African pastor is commissioned to mentor a fellow African pastor who has no ability to communicate with a mentor in the West.
